How To Install A Tonneau Cover

A tonneau cover is an important tool for people who drive their trucks on a daily basis. It will protect your cargo, and will also help you conserve fuel. A locking tailgate is a device which helps keep the cover closed. In this article I will show you the first steps for installing a cover. In this example we will be using a Ford F-350, but the same basic rule applies to most trucks. Your cover is likely to come with a manual, and you will want to refer to it also.

Bed Safety Rail

The first thing you want to do is remove the cover and the accessories from the package. You want to make sure you follow the instructions of the manufacturer when doing this. You may also want to use a soft cloth in order to keep the rolled top from moving back and forth while inside the container. Connect the lock arm onto the bottom of tonneau handle. Once you have installed it the lock should be able to reach over the edge in order to lock the top. You can test the lock by using a key to make sure it works.

Bed Safety Rail

Now you want to take the cannister and place it on the rail of the truck. Place it in the area where you want it to be, but make sure you don't connect it right now. Take off the side channels and other things from the packaging to insure it is the correct length and will fit on the side rails. When you unroll the cover, it will move back inside channels that are attached to the side rails of the truck. This stops the cover from becoming loose due to wind. Take a measurement of your truck bed to make sure the channels will fit.

If the channels are too long, you may need to cut off the parts you don't need. Once you've attached them you want to make sure the tailgate has enough space to close. You will need to mark the spots on the rails where you will be placing the screws. You can add a clamp to the track while you are taking your measurements to make sure they are accurate. A grease pencil can be used to mark the locations. After this you will want to take off the clamps and get ready to drill the holes. Make sure you drill them in the correct location.

After this you will want to attach the track onto the truck bed rail. You will need to use screws for this. These are the basic steps for installing a tonneau cover, and should give you a good idea of what you will need to do.

Bathroom Renovation - A Step by Step Guide

Bathrooms are one of the smallest rooms in the house and they are also one the most costly to renovate. Bathroom renovation is a job that, if done well, can add value to a home and a great space full of design and light.

Bed Safety Rail

Bathroom design

Bed Safety Rail

Bathroom design is the first area of your bathroom renovation you need to get right. Just replacing the existing bathroom with the same design may not be enough. The key to great bathroom design is to design it with the people that are going to use it in mind. However be sure that your bathroom design also has a general use factor as well. For example: If you were designing a bathroom for families you could still design the bathroom with easy access to the shower and bath. This would ensure that the design would also work for people with limited mobility. This means if you decide to sell your home or if you are renovating for profit your design has a wider market appeal. Great bathroom design also uses the space well, taking into account the light or window space, size of fittings, and drainage options. Draw out a plan to scale and right down the sizes of your room. Mark the existing drainage points and then and water inlet points. Write down a wish list of the bathroom fittings to need and want with their sizes. Now marry the two together and see what fits. Note: Most bathroom drainage and water inlet points can be moved but this does come at extra cost.

Bathroom remodel

If you have decided to do the work yourself or part of the work it is time to hire a skip bin and pull out the old bathroom. If your home was made pre 1980 you may have fibro bathroom wall linings with asbestos in it and great care will need to be taken. You will need some full body disposable overalls, eye protection, and quality dust mask. Check with your local building authority or council regarding the regulation on bathroom asbestos wall lining removal.

Remove everything except the plumbing. If you keep the bathroom plumbing in place you will not have to turn the water off for the whole house. Also you will need to jack hammer the floor tiles up and the sand and cement bed that they are laid on.

Bathroom Renovation and construction

Bathrooms must be construction properly from the ground up to ensure that the finished job is correct and true. This also ensures the design and look of the bathroom will have a great finish

The Bathroom Renovation Process

Install water and drainage pipe and electrical wires. Install wall lining and ceiling and then install the bath hob and bath. Waterproof the floor and shower and bath recess. Correct the fall of the floor with sand and cement ready for tiling. Lay floor and wall tiles and then grout. Install new bathroom vanity, fittings, and taps - install new electrical. Paint ceiling and final clean.Step one - Plumbing and electrical

At this point all new plumbing is installed for clean hot and cold water and drainage. Careful attention needs to be taken when positioning the new plumbing so that the plumbing fittings are correct when the tiling is finished. For example: To centre a fitting in a shower recess you must take into consideration the thickness of the wall board, tile glue and tile so the fitting will be centred after the tiles are in place. The same applies to installing drainage pipes for a toilet; the wall lining and tile thickness must be taken into account so the pipe is in the correct position when the toilet is installed after tiling. Also rough in the any new electrical wires without connecting them to the mains power.

Step two - Install wall and ceiling linings

Install your 6mm wall lining being careful to nail the fibro board every 150mm without nailing into the new pipes and electrical wires. The best way is to measure and mark the pipe and wire layout onto your new wall board with a pencil as you go. Screw up (or nail) the ceiling lining, plasterboard is the most common. However if you are laying your tiles from floor to ceiling do not install the cornice as this is best done after tiling. If you are not tiling to the ceiling go ahead and install the cornice after the wallboard and ceiling lining have been installed. Also if your bath is not freestanding you can now make up the frame and install the bath. Ensure the bath is installed correctly allowing for the thickness of the tiles and glue.Be sure to check all linings and pipes before you continue with your bathroom renovation.

Step three - Waterproof your bathroom

Waterproof your bathroom floor, shower recess, and around the bath. When waterproofing the floor ensure that the waterproofing comes 100mm up the walls. The shower recess will need to be waterproofed 100mm above the shower rose outlet. Also the bath should be waterproofed 100mm above the lip of the bath right around and to the floor. At the doorway install a 25 x 25mm aluminum angle glued into place with quality silicone and waterproof into the lip. Your whole bathroom should now the tanked, so the all water will only go down a drain. Bathroom waterproofing tip: waterproofing is an easy job but quality and accuracy is most important.

Step four - Lay in the cement screed for the floor.

Before the floor tiles can laid the floor must be smooth and fairly flat with a slight fall to the drainage outlet. To do this you must use sand and cement mix and it is best to add a waterproofing agent into this as well. With a level, set the floor level at the doorway. Use the top aluminum angle as the finished floor level and measure down the thickness of the tile plus 10mm for the glue. Mark right around the bathroom with a level and then screed in your sand and cement mix with a 1 to 3 degree fall to the top of the drain outlet. Take your time and get it right with the finished level as smooth as possible. When the sand cement mix has set but is not dry (you can walk on it but you it is still a bit soft) rub it over with a house brick. This will remove all the small highs and lows and check with a level as you go. Let the bathroom floor fully dry and then you should have a great surface to tile onto. Tip: the more work you put into the floor screed the easier your tiling will be.

Step five: Tile floor and walls

Lay your tiles on the floor first and then grout. Then lay your wall tiles making sure that they are level as you lay. Once the bathroom tiles have been cut and laid, grout all your tiles and then buff the tiles clean.

Step six: Install plumbing fitting and fixtures

Install all your plumbing fittings and taps. Also fit all your towel rails and soap holders. Fit your new bathroom vanity making sure it is level and sealed around the top with silicone and also seal around the bath. Tip: make sure they are in the right place before you drill into your tiles.

Step seven: painting, and cleaning - enjoy

Paint your ceiling and do a final clean making sure everything is fitted correctly and that there are no leaks in your plumbing. - Enjoy your new bathroom.

Wooden Bench Making in 6 Easy Steps

Although you may think it is really more difficult than it really is, bench making can be done in 6 simple steps. After we have gathered the needed materials and tools we can do bench making in no time. We can make ourselves a nice, simple and safe wooden bench; one that will be both functional and beautiful and something you will be sure to get compliments on and a great conversation piece. After all, what's better than saying, Yeah, I made that!"

Bed Safety Rail

Bench making is easier with these six steps.

Bed Safety Rail

1. First, we start off by measuring the frame of the bench seat to our desired dimensions, cut them, and then tack-nail them together. Bench making includes drawing a curve line on the side pieces lengthways and cutting them using a jigsaw before attaching them together. This forms the seat shape. We may also form it as we see fit.

Then cut and sand the seat slats and mark their face boards. Screw the seat frame tightly together. Glue and nail the slats to the frame, beginning from the back. A ¾ inch vertical spacer will help. A good bench making design is providing a slight slat overhang on the front.

2. Second, we come to the screwing portion of bench making. Glue and screw front legs to our seat frame by first pre-drilling and applying countersink holes for screws to fit in. Do the same with the hind legs.

3. Third is sanding. Bench making is also about safety so we round sharp corners and sand the seat face and legs to smoothen all surfaces. This avoids board grains or fibers from sticking out and hurting the user. Sanding also creates better-looking seat surfaces.

4. Fourth, we deal with the back rest in bench making. Get the top rail measurement and add a space 5/8 inch from the rail top to the back part of the hind leg. This should give a 1/8 inch space at the bottom of the rail between the back part of the leg and the rail.

Then place the router tenons or tongues and vertical back slats on one end. There should be a fitting groove at the top rail. The tongues should easily fit into the groove. Glue the slats and nail them.

5. Fifth, bench making with armrests requires putting wood cleats 3 1/2 by 3/4 by 3'4 inches to support the front legs. Make a 3/16 inch hole with a drill at the midpoint of the cleat and have it attached through the bracing at the corner.

The armrest should measure from the back of the hind leg to some inches off the front leg. An armrest notch should receive the leg support of the back rest. Drill a hole and countersink atop the front cleat piercing the armrest then glue and screw.

6. Then, sixth is final sanding. Bench making should end with all surfaces, ends, and corners smoothen before painting. There we have our nice, simple, and sturdy bench.

Studio Living - The Sleeping Area

A few major questions are whether the bed has to double as another piece of furniture, such as seating, during the day, or whether it can be concealed when not in use. Is privacy in your sleeping area important? Would curtains provide adequate screening, or would you prefer something more substantial? What do you like to keep by your bed? Have you provided for storage of your alarm clock, reading material and so on?

Bed Safety Rail

These questions will dictate how you approach the interior design plan for your sleeping area. Always remember a good bed is a necessity. If you are buying a new one, test it thoroughly to make sure it is right for you. All other interior design ideas pale in comparison to having a, comfortable and supportive place to lay your head down after a hard days work.

Bed Safety Rail

Keeping that in mind you can start with trying to figure out what and how your sleeping arrangement should be. Fold up beds have the distinct advantage of being able to free up a considerable amount of living space. Beds that fold into the wall are concealed behind a vertical surface that can be used for decorative purposes. The disadvantage of the fold-up bed system is that bedding must be packed away when the bed is not in use, which may prove inconvenient when carried out on a daily basis.

Raised beds are also an ideal space-saving interior design idea. A raised platform can be designed with the idea of making you're your dressing room under it. Custom built wardrobes and bedding storage cupboards can be placed under the platform. Make sure you check all safety aspects are in place, including a sturdy rail and a ladder. There should also be enough headroom between the platform and the ceiling.

A bed can be a very large item and can occupy the most space of all your furniture pieces. Dual-purpose beds are an excellent space-saving item - they can double up as seating or storage - or both - during the day, as well as providing a comfortable place to sit. Multi-functional bench-beds are the latest in interior design concepts. Based on the simple principle of a box with a hinged lid, this space-saving bed is constructed in painted MDF with hardwood legs that can be used as a bench, a display shelf, or as a low table. If you prefer a more fixed type of sleeping arrangement then the elegance of a well-crafted truckle bed might tickle your fancy. The space beneath the bed is ideal for storage - whether in deep drawers, mobile containers, or zipped bags, or for a spare pull-out bed. Unless, of course, you have an antique four poster bed that you wish to feature in your sleeping area. It is then vital that more effort is placed into designing or acquiring other space-saving items to compliment the space, or lack there of.

Studio living can be a very compact lifestyle, consider a furniture system and interior design ideas that allows you to adapt the shape and layout as your life changes. Items should be compact and mobile, yet should not compromise anything in the 'comfy' department.

Moving Your Baby to a Toddler Bed

Cribs are the home base, fort, security, battleship, starship, boat, prison, and comfort all in one place. So when should a toddler 'graduate' from crib into a toddler bed? There are some clear do's and don'ts when it comes to this transition.

Bed Safety Rail

Children that are between 1 1/2 and 3 years old are usually ready to move from a crib to a toddler bed. Potty trained children benefit the most from the transition because they can get in and out. The transition straight from a crib to full sized bed would most likely be too large of a change for two reasons: toddler beds have safety rails for the 'active' sleepers and children generally feel safer in a smaller bed. The transition to a full sized twin should come later as the toddler outgrows his/her small bed.

Bed Safety Rail

Since most kids don't have very much choice in matters (i.e. food, clothing, bedtime, bath etc.) it is highly recommended that the child is given full choice in this simple matter. A toddler that gets to choose when to move to a bigger bed and how it should look will feel immense pride in themselves. So talk to your child about getting a bigger bed and what kind of fantastic new kids bedding they could have on it for a few weeks ahead of time. They'll get used to the idea and hopefully get excited about going to the store and helping pick out their new bedding.

Put the toddler bed in the same place that the crib was located. Continue encouraging your child and playing up their new bed even if they take to it just fine. If the child doesn't like the new toddler bed it is no problem to let them go back to their crib-some children just don't like change. Just try to build up the excitement again and try to introduce it at a later time. If the child wants to keep their old nursery set, let them.

Never make multiple changes to a toddler's life or schedule at one time. If they are potty training, or moving, or welcoming a sibling, or dealing with a new babysitter, or experiencing another change let them first settle into a quality routine. Don't rush your child. Forcing them to be a 'big' boy or girl could be dangerous if they aren't ready because they could fall out or get out in the middle of the night and make mischief when everyone else is asleep.

Finally, a toddler bed is better than a new bike or big toy because they use it every day for a long time. The toddler bed should be of high quality and fun. Put some thought into making it welcoming and fun. Who knows, your child might even be willing to go to bed at their scheduled time.

Ensuring Your Bunk Bed Is Safe For Your Children

Parenting is never an easy duty. One of the most important aspects of this job includes keeping your children safe from harm. Even sleeping at night can pose both serious and non-serious threats. Every year, thousands of children experience accidents involving bunk beds. Most are minor injuries; however it is not rare to see serious injuries from accidents such as falling off the top bunk, or suffocation on guard railings (although the latter is rare).

Bed Safety Rail

The next part of this article will look at some of most common sources of injuries from bunk beds, and things you can do to prevent them; thus keeping your child safe at night while they sleep.

Bed Safety Rail

Guardrail Spacing:

One of the most common threats to child safety in regards to bunk beds is the guardrails. They are of so much concern because if not properly installed they can pose opportunities for serious injury. For example, if the guard rail is too low, there is a chance your child can fall off the top bunk during sleep (especially if he or she constantly rolls while sleeping). Also, if the spacing between the guardrails and the bunk bed are too wide, then there are chances that a child's head can get stuck in between the two, which in some rare cases, can cause suffocation. Thankfully, all bunk beds that are manufactured now must pass a US Safety Inspection. If accepted, they will receive a certificate that says the bunk bed meets the highest of safety standards. This greatly increases guardrail safety which will reduce the number of accidents caused by bunk beds.

Upper Bunk Support:

Another common threat is the upper bunk coming down. This is usually caused when there is not enough support holding up the upper bunk's bed frame, mattress, and of course the child. But as with the note above on guardrails, when a bunk bed passes the US Safety Inspection, you can be certain that the build quality of the bunk bed meets the highest of standards. Therefore, accidents such as these are very unlikely.

The Mattress Size:

Probably the most obvious, but heavily overlooked aspect of child safety in regards to bunk beds is the mattress size. It is important to get the right sized mattress for the bunk bed because wrong-sized mattresses can cause falls, or increase the gap between safety rails and frame.

These threats and more can be prevented however. The Consumer Product Safety Commission has given out the following tips to safely selecting, using, and maintaining your bunk beds. They suggest that you make sure:

- That your bunk bed has guard rails on all four sides.

- The gap between the bed frame and the bottom of the guard rail does not exceed 3.5 inches (89 mm).

- Guardrails extend at least 5 inches (127 mm) above the mattress surface to prevent the child from falling off.

- To include cross ties under the mattress foundation, which can be securely attached.

- That the ladder is securely attached to the bunk bed. Replace any broken ladder rungs immediately.

- Select a bunk bed that has the feature of easily and safely separating itself into two single-sized beds.

- That the mattress fits tightly against all four sides of the bed frame.

- Do not permit children under the age of 6 to use or occupy the upper bunk

- That you emphasize to the children to always use the ladder to get on the upper bunk. Never use chairs or other furniture.

- To teach children that horseplay can be dangerous.

- Consider using a nightlight so that children can see the ladder if they need to use it if they wake up during the night or when it's dark.

- Constantly check that bunk bed is sturdy.

Other tips include:

- Replace or repair any broken parts immediately.

- If the gap between the guard rail and bed frame is larger than 3.5 inches (as per above), nail or screw in another rail to prevent a child's head from fitting in between the gap.

- Always check to make sure that the bunk bed contains safety labels. Ask before you make your purchase.

- Add extra slats underneath the bed frames for added support.

Those are some general tips to keeping your child safe as they sleep in their bunk beds. Now your bunk bed should be a wonderland once again where your children can play, sleep, and dream without a care in the world. Your children will b e safe, and you, as a parent, can achieve peace of mind and can sleep soundly yourself. With that, you can look forward to ensuring that your children can sleep well at night and are safe when they wake up in the morning.

A flatbed truck is the most preferred choice to do the job because its huge diesel engine is powerful enough to provide the necessary torque capable of towing smaller cars. The flatbed can also provide the necessary space for loading disabled vehicles.

Farms - Flatbed trucks are popular vehicles for farm and ranch use. They are the only thing powerful enough to run even on dirt or mud. The double tire configuration can provide traction even on muddy surfaces. The flatbed also provides the necessary space for transporting grains, feeds, and other important farm commodity.

Assembling Scaffolding Systems

A lot of budding do-it-yourself builders view the purchase of a scaffolding system as a great asset not only in financial terms but additionally in safety. At first glance this might seem to be a reasonable assumption, on the other hand, as the usage of scaffold towers increases so do the quantity of mishaps.

Bed Safety Rail

With that in mind, below are some good tips for using a scaffolding system safely.

Bed Safety Rail

Employing tower platforms during your home restoration or building undertaking might make the work at hand very much easier and less dangerous eventhough, care and attention should be exercised when utilizing this kind of apparatus.. Treat your private home as being a work environment when utilizing platforms. Prior to attempting work on scaffolding towers carry out an evaluation relating to The Work at Height Regulations 2005. in the home environment

Tower systems and provide a very safe method of working at height. Therefore you'll notice them in use throughout the British isles as well as overseas. Scaffold tower mishaps have of course happened, however most frequently these appear to have been when clearly there was inappropriate use or erroneous assembly of the scaffold or access tower. Notwithstanding the various mishaps which obviously do arise when working at heights, following the appropriate health and safety practices these are generally being reduced and can be eliminated.

Collapsible podium systems are through function extremely lightweight which can, if constructed incorrectly cause them to become susceptible to overturning. When putting together alloy as well as GRP tower systems it is crucial that the makers instruction manuals are followed meticulously to make sure the tower system remains secure.

In addition to the makers assembly directions there are 2 methods approved through the Prefabricated Access Suppliers' and Manufacturers' Association (PASMA) that may be used. The 1st recognized procedure is an advance guard rail system, which makes use of guard rail units that are specifically designed for that role. These kind of guard rail sections are secured into position via the level below and transferred up onto the woking platform position These provisional guard rails are later swapped with long term guard rails as the tower building progresses.

The second approved method of erection is the "3t" or "through the trap door" method. This necessitates the operator standing upright in the position of the trap door upon the scaffolding platform. From this position it is easy to add or take away the parts which are acting as guard rails for the level above the platform. This process was designed to ensure that the operator will never stand on an un-guarded platform, yet can install the parts to a particular level while you are positioned inside the trap door of that level.

Before utilizing all access tower you must examine the access towers to determine that they are in a safe working condition. Obviously you or any other person making use of the scaffold towers should not be under the influence of alcoholic drink or drugs.

Crib Bedding - What You Need to Know

When parents purchase items for their infants, especially their first baby, they routinely will go the extra mile to encompass their child with beautiful colors and textures. It is useful to establish a "wish list" in advance of visiting the mall, due to the fact at your house with the bank book next to you, it will be easier to determine a spending plan and to be particularly realistic about quantities. Since the child will be in the crib for at least half of a normal day, crib bedding will be a wonderful point to embark on your baby shopping.

Bed Safety Rail

Bedding for a crib ordinarily features a fitted sheet, a quilt, a bumper pad, and for more developed infants a little pillow and pillowcase can be handy, although not required. It is essential, primarily while making a crib for a brand new infant, to prevent too many padded areas in your baby's crib. A smooth sheet that fits the bed snugly and a thermal blanket or comforter is all that is going to be required at first.

Bed Safety Rail

As soon as your child begins to creep, bumper pads are going to be helpful to protect your infant from the crib's sides and end pieces. Bumper pads need to be safely fastened to the rails, though, to minimize the chance of your baby becoming entangled in them, or to safeguard his head from being covered with the fabric.

Cotton is definitely the most popular fabric for crib bedding. High quality cotton is smooth, breathable, and puts up nicely with constant washing, which is going to be necessary for quilt bedding. Some parents may prefer organic cotton for their baby's bed linens, whilst others will actually prefer less expensive bed linens that they might buy more of.

The most compelling reason for a consumer to put money into the costlier organic cotton bedding is if your little one has extremely sensitive skin, or has other health issues, organic cotton may be worth the additional outlay owing to its silkiness and cleanliness. Also, be sure not to miss the various Bedroom Linen.

Typically, the colors and textures to choose from in nursery bedding are marketed to the parents rather than the children. This doesn't mean that your little one won't enjoy viewing diverse colors or shapes as they wander into and out of their dreams, but they actually aren't as pleased as adults are by designer labels or stylish color combinations. Another good type of comforter is the Silk Floral Duvet Cover.

If you have the additional cash, and want a sophisticated nursery, there is no argument against buying a lovely crib set. Although, if your goals are more focused on lowering costs than impressing your visitors, some solid colored sheets cut from good quality material will ideally keep your baby contented and last until he moves to a twin-sized bed.

Baby Bedding: Crib Safety

Make sure that the baby bedding and crib for your new baby are safe

Bed Safety Rail

There will be plenty of people queuing up to give you their old nursery furniture and crib bedding when you are pregnant. I know that we belong to a throwaway society these days but there is something about our baby things that makes us want to hold on to them. Be grateful for these offerings because babies are an expensive business but make sure it's all safe before you use it.

Bed Safety Rail

Is it a cot, cradle or crib?

There is a special something about your baby's first bed, whether it's a Moses basket or a crib (cot or cradle in the US) or a cot (US - crib). You can spend many hours lovingly re-lining and making drapes for a cradle that you've been given and you can check whether it's safe for baby at the same time.

Checking baby bedding and crib for safety

If your cradle was made of wicker make sure that there are no broken or loose bits of wood and that all the joints are tight. You will probably need to replace the mattress because that's the one thing that may not have survived very well. When fitting the drapes make sure that there are no loose threads or pieces of material that the baby might grab a hold of and shove into their mouth.

Buy new bedding for crib if you can

Most organisations that are concerned with the safety of baby furniture, such as the Juvenile Products Manufacturer's Association in the USA and British Standards in the UK say that you should buy new furniture and bedding if it's possible. The products displaying either the JPMA seal of approval or the BS 'Kite' mark, have been tested that they meet all the appropriate safety requirements.

Personally I see nothing wrong with hand-me-downs as long as you check them properly for safety. After all it isn't very ecologically friendly to discard perfectly good furniture and baby crib bedding. There are some checks you can do on cribs, to ensure that your baby is safe and happy. Hopefully the baby will spend a lot of time on it's own in the crib so it's worth spending some time looking it over.

Baby bedding crib safety checklist

Here are a few points to remember when checking your baby equipment for safety:

Make sure there is no chipped, loose or toxic lead paint. To stop baby's head from getting between the bars of the crib make sure that the bars are closer than 2 and 3/8 inches apart. The header and footer boards of the crib should be solid with no holes for baby to get into trouble with. Make sure that there are no posts to catch baby's clothes on. Tight joints and fixings will prevent the crib from wobbling. Make sure that the side rail raising and lowering mechanism of the crib can be managed with one hand and is fully secure when raised. Ensure that the top of the side rail is at least 22 inches above the crib mattress. The mattress should be firm and clean. I think that I would always buy a new mattress for a new baby. Make sure that it fits snugly in the crib. All bedding must conform to the fire safety regulations. Make sure that bumper strings are hidden and secure. Bedding for cribs: Never use duvets, quilts, sheepskin or pillows for babies under 12 months old as they can overheat. Use a combination of sheets and blankets and place a thermometer in the room. Never put the crib next to cords, lamps, window blinds/curtains, or furniture that the baby could climb. You will be surprised at how well they can climb.

Have a safe, wonderful and fun time with your baby and remember that they grow up quickly.
